It’s concert week!

A few things are listed below covering what is happening Saturday and Sunday. Please read it all. Parents can you please pass this on to your child if you receive emails on behalf of them.

Importantly to start; this is regarding COVID close contact policies.

As this is the concert week, we have deemed Saturday’s rehearsal and Sunday’s rehearsal and concert as essential requirements. If you are deemed a close contact but are asymptomatic, if you test negative on Saturday and again on Sunday you will be allowed to attend rehearsal and the concert. You must wear a mask at rehearsal and at the concert (onstage and offstage).

If you test positive for COVID this week, I’m sorry you cannot attend. Please contact me asap if this happens as we may need to organise a replacement for you.

Anyone that would like to wear a mask, we encourage you to do so at any stage, whether at rehearsals, backstage, or onstage during the concert. Please do not leave masks on the floor onstage as this is unhygienic but also aesthetically displeasing.

Please check the dress code! All black means all black (including socks).
