MEMBERSHIP RESPONSE FORM
This form must be completed by 11 January 2021. If you accept your offer, you will be sent further rehearsal information by late-January 2021. If you decline your offer, your position within our ensembles will be offered to another person – with this in mind we kindly request that you complete this form as soon as possible.

WAYO is proud of our record of accessibility, keeping our membership fees lower than any comparable state youth orchestra. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on many of our valued members. Despite the financial impact on our own operations, we have made the decision to keep our 2021 fees identical to 2020 in the hopes that we can support these members in their continued pursuit of music. No standard rise in fees means more music for our community; this underpins WAYO’s commitment to bringing the lifelong benefit of music to as many Western Australians as possible.
