Donate Today and Triple Your Impact!
Any tax-deductible donation will be matched dollar for dollar (up to $150,000)

All donations over $2 are tax deductible.

What is a matched donation?

As we approach our 50th anniversary in 2024, several of our generous benefactors have graciously committed to triple every tax-deductible donation we receive this year up to $150,000.

This presents an incredible opportunity for you to ‘Triple the Impact’ of any tax-deductible contribution.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to these remarkable donors for creating this unique opportunity at a time when it is most necessary.

What your donation does

  • Supports our programs directly, without any diversion towards fundraising expenses, profit margins, capital or reserve building. This means that your contribution is put to use where it is most needed and appreciated. Moreover, WAYO boasts a highly efficient equivalent team of only 3 skilled administrators, enabling us to make the most out of every dollar donated.

  • Makes a significant and enduring impact in the lives of aspiring musicians.

  • Supports Western Australian jobs and cultural industries. Research has demonstrated that WAYO’s government funding is multiplied 15-fold due to the economic impact created by WAYO in an average year. This astounding accomplishment ensures that your support directly benefits WAYO, the arts, and the economy of Western Australia. Your contribution is vital and greatly appreciated.

  • Makes music accessible to everyone. WAYO is proud of a highly diverse membership that comes from more than 170 suburbs, empowering young people from all backgrounds.

How we’re funded

With only 14% of our funding coming from government sources (industry standards can range from 50% to 90%), WAYO relies solely on the generosity of private and corporate supporters. Their unwavering support has enabled us to continue providing exceptional musical training and performance opportunities for young Western Australians. We are deeply grateful for their contributions, which have been vital in helping us thrive.

Who are we?

For nearly half a century, WAYO has been the ultimate catalyst for young individuals to attain greatness through their love of music, all while fostering essential attributes such as self-esteem, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and performance skills.

As a prominent and extensive youth orchestra program in Australia, boasting over 400 members from Perth, South West WA, and beyond, WAYO holds steadfastly to its pledge of investing in our young musicians’ potential and aspirations.

It is noteworthy that WAYO is a registered charity with The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), indicative of our commitment to serve the community’s greater good.

Many thanks for your support!
