You can access your ensemble’s schedule in two ways:

Click on your ensemble below to subscribe to the Rehearsal Schedule as .ics feed on your favourite electronic calendar platform:
View & Print
If you prefer a printable document version, simply access one via the Member Hub:

Here are some tips on subscribing to the WAYO Rehearsal Schedule on your calendar that may help:
- Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar
- On the left, under Other calendars, click +
- Choose From URL
- Paste the .ics link above
- Click Add Calendar
- Apple iCal (Mac/iPhone)
- Tap the link above to download or open the .ics file.
- Your Apple Calendar should prompt you to Add.
- Choose which calendar you want it saved to.
- Microsoft Outlook
- Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view
- Click Add Calendar → From Web
- Paste the .ics link above and name your calendar
- Click Import
